Stage 4A and 3A Sold out.
Stage 4A land and AVJennings Turnkey Homes are now completely sold out, with new residents moving in every week and bringing fresh energy to the community. Stage 3A land is also sold out and will be registering in the coming months, with construction on homes set to begin shortly thereafter.
More Turnkey Homes Coming Soon.
Once title registration is received, construction will commence on a new release of 3- and 4-bedroom AVJennings Turnkey Homes in Stage 3A, with homes expected to be available to purchase late 2025 to early 2026.
Merivale Avenue Playground, Coming Soon!
We’re excited to share that the Merivale Avenue playground is getting a major upgrade. Expected to open this Spring, the revamped space will feature climbing structures, swings, slides and shade, providing the perfect place for families to relax and play.
Pump Station Works.
Infrastructure works continue across the estate, with the new pump station in Stage 2E now complete. Over the next 3-4 weeks, this should result in the end of tankering at both the temporary location on Jordan Street (Stage 4A) and Pocket Park on Riverside Esplanade (Stage 1A). Some additional physical works and Council approvals are still required at the Riverton Drive Roundabout and Stage 2E locations, but both are expected to follow soon. These essential upgrades are a critical step toward eliminating tankering across the community, and we sincerely appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we finalise this stage of infrastructure works.
